The ConTeXt releases starting from 2007.01.12 have a few major

1. As of 2007.01.12, ConTeXt uses a 'pdftex' executable, no longer
'pdfetex'. This matches up with the release of pdftex 1.40, where
there no longer is a separate 'pdfetex' executab
