the following two database examples produce different output due to
the white space between the field separator and the quotechar.
\usemodule [database]
\defineseparatedlist
[CSV]
[quotechar=,
before={\starttabulate[|l|l|]},
after=\stoptabulate,
first=\NC,last=\NR,
