replace --paper by --paperformat
(texmfstart) texexec --pdfarrange --paper=a5a4 --print=up test.pdf
The option --paper should become --papersize.
The shortcutted form --paper resolves to --paperoffset nowadays.
Shouldn't it be --paperformat? From the texexec manpage:
--paperformat=KEY
