Hi Hans,
in symb-mis.mkiv you define most symbols with \mathematics. I don't know why
you take these symbols from the math font. Just in case the symbol does not
exist in the regular font, I would guess.
Problem is only, that you will loose most symbols when switching the math font

I guess many. (Out of those who use ConTeXt for any math at all which
is a small enough group itself.)
Alternatives are only commercial Cambria and Lucida (which don't ship
by default),

Hi,
even though I didn't manage to reproduce the problem in a minimal example, I
would like to report the following problem:
Using any other value than force with placefigure, like this ...

Hello ConTeXist,
Is there a way to achieve alignment all of texts in a grid lines?
The attached example shows, that inserting of picture violate fixed

btw, 'type' is obsolete, but 'method' stayed, so method=buffer

Any suggestions for a decent looking math font that pairs well with Minion?

Replace in t-simplefonts.tex
\ctxloadluafile{t-simplefonts}
with
\ctxloadluafile{t-simplefonts}{}
I already uploaded a new version.

Dear Hans, dear list,
I have tried starting Texworks as I usually would via mtxrun --script
texworks --start, but it doesn't load any Context-specific
configuration-files anymore. Instead the script creates a new directory
tree in whatever directory I was when I ran it:

Hi Hans,
I was trying to keep it simple. I omitted to mention that I also tried \crlf
as well, with the same result as \hfill\break (i.e. indentation not as
expected).

You can also separate the style and content of a layer with \setlayerframed,
e.g.
\setlayerframed

[x=...,
y=...,
frame=off,
style={\switchtobodyfont[10pt]}]

What'd be the equivalent/similar/better of that in ConTeXt?

Hello List,
hello Wolfgang,
I was google-ing how to use MnSymbol with context an (only) found an old
