I've just updated ConTeXt.
The following code used to work so far, now I'm getting error:

\startstructurelevel[A][title=Title]

I tried both with and without it. ConTeXt doesn't appear to raise any
error and it doesn't generate a PDF. I've attached the log in case it is
helpful.
