Hi Li Yanrui, I tried (with version: 2013.01.02 18:19 on Mac OS X 10.8.2) mtxrun --script fonts --reload with the minimals and did not notice any problem: indeed the first line of the output is fonts | names | warnings are disabled (tracker 'fonts.warnings') but the command does not abort as it seems on your installation of the stand alone ConTeXt.
