[NTG-context] Displayed formula inside paragraph change vertical space before the paragraph

Dear list, please have a look at the output (ctx-example13.pdf) of the somewhat ugly example below. The vertical space before the paragraph with the displayed formula is almost none. If I remove the % signs before and after the formula, the space before the paragraph looks ok. Do I have to enter
