[NTG-context] concatenate PDF files.
I am looking for a way to concatenate several PDF files, and found this e-mail from Hans: http://www.tug.org/pipermail/pdftex/2001-January/000240.html saying that "texexec" can do it in several ways! and to look on the web-site, texexec manual and the mailing list for directions. I went to the manual first and found only ONE: texexec --pdfarrange --noduplex --paper=S6 file-a file-b but that nullified all links I had in my files, and changed the opening from from FitVisible to something else (all files were FitVisible). Next I went to two other sources he mentioned and Googled for: "-ntg-context concatenate pdf" did not yield much beyond that, and neither did Googling http://www.pragma-ade.com/ for the words "concatenate" or "combine". So does anyne know how to use "texexec" to concatenate two PDF files and preseve as much of the file as possible (links, opening format, ...) ? I'm trying to get some Japanese ideographs in my document, but haven't
succeeded yet. Basically, what I've done is used Adam Lindsay's XSL-T
stuff for creating an .enc for my .ttf (mona.ttf) and then run texfont
to install the font in /usr/share/texmf/local/fonts. Now, I can't get
the test .tex-file working because I get

gpdf (xpdf), ggv, and acroread for linux. Nothing worked correctly, and
only gpdf was able to show anything at all (albeit it wasn't right). So
I figured I'd try it myself. I wrote the following

I'm really stressed for time, as I need to get my masters' thesis done
soon, and a lot is working against me at the moment. So, again, if you
can help out in any way, _please_ do.

compose. Initialy, I had an "TeX capacity exceeded" message for "hash
size" but it seems that I figured how to bypass it by changing the
texmf.cnf file.
Now I have a "! TeX capacity exceeded, sorry [save size=4]." error
and I have not figured out how to increase this parameter.
The only place with a similar name is inside the texmf.cnf file but
changing it does not :
save_size= 15 % was 5 % for saving values
outside current group
I issue a texexec --make --all but the message is still there.
Is there any way to get rid of this one?

hm, in that case you will not set up any sizes etc since they are
defined in typescripts
(technically it's possible to preload typescripts but i never came to
put the code into the kernel)

As it can be observed, some uppercase letters have strange

how to change the font for all the english text (all the non-greek)?
My attempt was to start the document with:

(... and then continue as you have pasted below)
But this gives the error I had sent.
I hope the problem is clearer now.

Does it work on your system (with an other typescript of course)?
If I change
\def\typescriptfiles{type-agaramond.tex}
to
\usetypescriptfile[type-agaramond.tex]
I get the error log you can see below.
If I'd comment the first four lines it works fine (so the greek module works, right?).
