Hi all,
I'm newbie of ConTeXt. I use VnTeX (vietnamese package for LaTeX of

Now I would like to try ConTeXt and if it works I'll convert all my

In this issue I will drop an idea that has been buzzing in my

I am a novice at Unix and the intricacies of Gerbens distribution. So
I am probably missing something. But, thus far, the only cont-sys.rme
file that I have found is at the end of the path
(a) /Library/TeTeX/share/texmf/tex/context/user/cont-sys.rme
(b) inside the teTeX alias
folder
Alan,
that's the right file, though if you use Gerben's installer, the teTeX
directory in /Library is a symlink to /usr/local/teTeX (not the other
way round). I have the same installation and the same file. Are you
sure it doesn't contain those lines? It should, and mine does. How did

Try \startnathequation ... \stopnathequation instead. Or patch

Thanks for the rsync stuff, i have started looking at it.
I first need to know how things work in their basic way. I don't understand
why my update didn't work as i did everything the way i was asked.

I am puzzled by an uppercase problem with Bibtex.
My bib file has the following entry:
@UNPUBLISHED{jansen2002,
author=Jansen, Arnold Hendrik, title =Eetgewoonten bij Europeanen en
Amerikanen,
year =2002, }
Note the uppercase
Dear friends,
Does anybody know how to generate references of the type:
Jansen (2002:22), Pietersen (1998:28,39) and Hendriks (2000:12-19) maintain
that ... while the latter (2000:21) ...
In the document I found nothing to this respect, but perhaps I overlooked.
Kind regards
