text and without hyphenated words?

Hi All,
In a table I have some cells with long text (say 100 chars). How can I
fit the text in a cell having many rows instead of a single line, as it
is done (automatically) in HTML tables? An example will be very helpful.

I mentioned on comp.text.tex that my copy of _Context The Mamual_
was
a) tattered from use
b) annotated here and there with corrections based on posts from
this list.
Another party wanted to borrow my manual! I sent him my two
marginal annotations and redirected his attention to pragma-ade
but h
I was busy, so i planned to make this new release for tomorrow.
