section using \definesection and setup section but how do I insert an
instance of my new section into my documents? With predefined sections

Here is anotehr dvipdfmx bug. I already did
ctxtools --dpxmapfiles --force texmf
ctxtools --dpxmapfiles --force texmf-local
ctxtools --dpxmapfiles --force texmf-fonts
