Since yesterday evening, ConTeXt doesn’t seem to be able to build MkII
formats (via the first-setup script on OSX 10.5.8 Intel), it claims,
cont-nl.mkii, cont-en.mkii, metafun would be missing.
As far as I saw, MkIV builds.
