Dear All, I've just stumbled upon a new editor for LaTeX source: https://blogs.oracle.com/geertjan/entry/open_latex_studio Maybe ConTeX could be integrated as well in the future... In the light of various services like https://www.sharelatex.com/ https://www.authorea.com/ https://www.overleaf.com this seems to be anachronic, but in case it could be helpful to somebody... I have the following: \setupbodyfontenvironment[default][em=italic,x=9.0pt,xx=8.0pt,a=12.0pt,b=14.0pt,c=16.0pt,d=18.0pt,e=24.0pt,small=8.0pt] Per: http://wiki.contextgarden.net/Font_Switching However Context has a syntax error. ! Missing \endcsname inserted ! You can't use `\dimexpr' in restricted horizontal mode If I change the above to: \setupbodyfontenvironment[default][em=italic,x=0.9,xx=0.8,a=1.2,b=1.4,c=1.6,d=2.4,e=3.0,f=4.0,small=0.8] then the .tex compiles and runs and generates PDF output. Also, \tfe is documented to work but it is being flagged as a undefined control sequence error whereas \tfd works. [NTG-context] Bug in first-setup.bat
Hi, Currently, the setup script for Windows does not support installation in a directory whose path contains spaces. Please change line 41 of first-setup.bat from mtxrun --script ./bin/mtx-update.lua --update --force --make --engine=all --context=beta --texroot=%OWNPATH%tex %* to mtxrun --script ./bin/mtx-update.lua --update --force --make --engine=all --context=beta --texroot="%OWNPATH%tex" %* Then everything should be fine.
