Hi, if I try \setupheader[state=high] (or empty), it works only for the first chapter; i.e. at the start of second and every following chapter, the header text is visible. Is this intentional? I can work around this with \setuphead[chapter][before={\setupheader[state=empty]}] Greetlings,

If I disable interactive elements with \setupinteraction[state=stop], my form fields (widgets) disappear. This is of course intended, but I’d like to keep their space, because otherwise my form layout breaks completely. Is there any option to disable form field generation, but keep their size
