Perhaps it is useful that I mention that this is a MkIV problem on my iMac with TeXLive (2018 version). Using MkII, also with XeTeX, everything ran right out of the box. For MkIV, I had to run a program to let LuaTeX find all the fonts, and then it worked. Robert
