Is there a way to restore the hyphen that once appeared? (ConTeXt  ver:

More information, sorry for the lack of detail in the first post.

1. The problem appears to be associated with tagging. Set the state to
stop, or remove the line, and the hyphen appears.

2. When HeadFont is libertinus, there is no problem.

Sample document:

\definefontfamily  [HeadFont]
   [rm]
   [Antykwa Torunska Cond]
\setuphead [chapter]
   [style=\HeadFont\tfa]
\setuphead [section]
   [alternative=margintext,

style=\HeadFont\tf]
\setupindenting[yes,

\setuptagging  [state=start]
\setupbodyfont [libertinus,12pt]

PS: with

% engine=luatex

it works fine.

Add \relax after the last skip value, i.e.

   \spaceskip = 1pt plus 1pt minus 1.5pt\relax

LMTX allows multiple plus and minus values for a skip value and the M in
Matilda starts the scan for an additional minus value.

Wow, this sounds interesting. Is there an example of how to use multiple values?

I think the only examples are in mails from Hans. When you set multiple
plus or minus values (as far as i remember) only the last setting is
used and all previous ones are ignored.

To have the two pages similar

There is something linked with the use of \definefont.
Don't know if it properly impacts the interlinespace for example.

Hi Ajith,

it isn’t clear to me whether you got the right ligatures with the sample
included in https://mailman.ntg.nl/pipermail/ntg-context/2021/102635.html.

I also wonder whether the feature "malayalam-two" got you the proper
ligatures for your original sample included in
https://mailman.ntg.nl/pipermail/ntg-context/2021/102631.html.

Just in case it might help,

Pablo

Many thanks for your fix, Hans.

And many thanks also to you, Rik, for reporting the pending issue.
