Hi,
this sample shows that the image in a layer in header disappears if showframe is
set.
\setupexternalfigures[location=default]
\definelayer[Cow]
[x=0, y=0]
\setlayer[Cow]
[x=10em, y=0mm]
{\externalfigure[cow][height=\lineheight]}
\setupbackgrounds[header][background=Cow]
\showframe
Dear all,
the installation documentation on the wiki says:
mkdir $HOME/bin/context
cd $HOME/bin/context
wget http://lmtx.pragma-ade.nl/install-lmtx/context-linux-64.zip
unzip context-linux-64.zip
sh install.sh
AFAIR we had $HOME/context before.
Is this intended? Is it because $HOME/bin is
Hi all,
I have a doubleside layout with a big outer margin.
When I set alternative=margin in setuphead the chapter numbers appear in
the left margin which is the outer margin on left pages, but the inner

While this looks good on left pages, there is much free space on

Dear all,
these are quite general questions but here they come.
I defined modular styles for an organisation so that we can use
different layouts with the same look and feel but still have many
options to change things in a special document. I have styles for
colors, fonts which are used

Hi,
I include images with a variable via pandoc in a externalfigure

These images can be jpgs, pngs, pdfs and svgs.
Can I do any harm if I do:

Hi all,
I am looking for a way to make startstoplines likes this:
This is a long line
that breaks,
the second line,
the third line.
So if a line in the poem is too long it shall break and indent.
TIA

Hi all,
I know how to put the current chapter in the header.
But how can I also put the value of \starttitle in the header.
In this mwe the \starttitle command does not modify the header.

if I don't want pagebreaks before a chapter, I can do this:
\setuphead

sectionsegments=chapter,
header=empty]
In my project this does not work. All chapters start on a new

Thats probably correct.
I inserted a paragraph without improving the structure.

I discovered that

does the same trick.

Sorry, of course.
\usemodule[spreadsheet]
\setupspreadsheet
[
period={,},
comma={.},
split=yes,

\startspreadsheettable[test][frame=off]

Nice, so I can use that instead:
\startcell[align=flushright] @ "0.2M

Dear all,
I thought I could find my way through the spreadsheet documentation to
make my invoices.
While it is simple to calculate the sum or the product of two cells if
you know that they are A[2] and B[2] I can't find the solution to access
cell A and B *on the same row*.
Amount | Single |
Once again me,
I set this
\setupspreadsheet
[
period={,},
comma={.},
split=yes,
]
to get german numbers in my invoice like: 10.000,00 EUR.
The drawback is that I can't use a normal period and comma in the normal
text.
Any hints?
