[NTG-context] Itemize not breaking across pages?

I am setting up notes and exercises for my students. Each set of exercises is in an itemize environment, and each \item consists of a table of problems. The trouble is, the itemize doesn't break across pages - I have to put manual page breaks in. How can I encourage automatic page-breaks?
