 Hello,

 The line \definetypeface [myFont] [mm] [math,boldmath] [myfont] [default]
 [encoding=t2a] seems to do nothing; other code works well.

You probably didn't define any math typescripts for myfont (well,
you don't need to since zou can use existing typescripts). If you want
to get math in Times, simply use
\definetypeface [myFont] [mm] [math,boldmath] [times] [default]
[encoding=default]

You probably don't need cyrillic encoding or any other special font
for math in Times.

The remaining code works because you defined the following lines for
Serif, but not for Math:

\starttypescript [serif] [myfont] [t2a]
  \definefontsynonym [Serif]   [t2a-TINRPSMT] [encoding=t2a]

Uniform distribution (over an interval) means that every number from that
interval is equally probable. The probability density function is given as
$
f(x) = \left\{ {\matrix{
   {{1 \over {b - a}}}  {for\,x \in (a;b)}  \cr
   0  {otherwise}  \cr
