[NTG-context] Updating texlive?

Hi, is there a canonical way to update texlive so it runs the latest context beta? From time to time, I'd like to be sure that I can run texlive as well. I tried unzipping the latest zip file in texlive/texmf-local, running mtxrun --generate and context --make, but I get
