use lowercase vector names

a next beta will provide

\enabletrackers[fonts.expansion]
\enabletrackers[fonts.protrusion]

which shows such problems

[NTG-context] hz off?

2009-11-23 Thread Steffen Wolfrum
Hi,

I am running the current stable MkIV (ConTeXt ver: 2009.10.27 16:35 MKIV) but
can't get hz/hanging with the old method (see below).

Do we have some other way today?
