Hmm ... 27EE does not exist: http://unicode.org/charts/PDF/U32-27C0.pdf You're looking at the chart for Unicode 3.2 that is almost 10 years old... The latest version (now 6.0) is always available as http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U27C0.pdf and has the character as Khaled says.
