if, at the last page of a chapter, there is only little text (e.g. 10% of text-height) is it then possible to attach the footnote-rule and the footnote-text directly under the text (but only this page – the other pages should place the footnote-text flush-bottom) in order to avoid a huge empty white space between body-text and footnote-text?
