Also, if you set \rotate[rotation=0.0]{Draft} it will disappear...


I see, there are still problems with decimal values for rotation.

The following example of using layers doesn't works as expected in ConTeXt

The watermark is partially outside the page, whereas the Wiki result is
more "centered". Is that an intended behaviour?

Additionally, how to center an element in a layer with respect to the
current page?
