I encountered a strange error. If the section name contains iffer then an
error is produced, with some joke-like comments.
Minimal example:
\starttext
\chapter{One}
\section{iffer}
\stoptext
The original title was Differentiating an integral but I kept taking away
until I got to iffer.
Actually it happens with the text iffer:
\starttext
iffer
\stoptext

When I uncomment the last line I'll get the following error.
