Hi, I have written about JabRef in the soon to be distributed ConTeXt bibliography subsystem documentation. It is a fair program, but can ruin your bibtex data files if you are not careful. Answering Mojca's comment, jabref is highly configurable, so one could eventually make a decent ConTeXt
