I'm not sure if you want to keep the part page number printed or not.
Anyway, to have the page numbering continue try way=bytext, and to remove
the part number printed try partnumber=no.
\startbodymatter
\setuppagenumbering[way=bytext,partnumber=no]
\part{A part}
