I´m tring to learn Context... this is probably a Tex question but
anyway: I want to make a subscript such that the smaller number (or
something) is written wright under the bigger number (and not, as
usual, at the left of the number). This seams an obvious task but i
can´t do it.

Indeed this is a TeX question: try this:

Is this what you want $1 \atop 2$ if it is in the midst of text, or
\startformula
1 \atop 2
\stopformula
if it is in dispayde maths.
