Thank you, it works well now.
The directory "c:\ConTeXt\tex\texmf-cache\luatex-cache\context\2448223e6631addb83df348d74153606"
must have been deleted manually and "mtxrun --generate" must have been called to make the modified
"strc-sec.mkiv" work.
