To be save you should make a combination of the onum/lnum and pnum/tnum
features.
\definefontfamily [unifraktur] [rm] [Unifraktur Maguntia]
\definefontfamily [unifraktur] [tt] [Latin Modern Mono]
\setupbodyfont [unifraktur]
\definefontfeature [onum+pnum] [onum=yes,pnum=yes]
