we can make a module m-realbad.tex or so:

\setups[*strict] % high penalties (no solutionspace left)
\setupalign[verytolerant,stretch,nothyphenated,flushleft]
\setupwhitespace[line] % maybe een that without stretch
\setuplayout[header=2\lineheight] % only lines

the strict might also help your position at work

(we could make a competition out of this as we also need fonts without
features, math without smaller sizes, sans fonts only, 9bp bodyfont
sizes, etc)

of add intercharacter spacing ... maybe I should add

\startdtplook ... \stopdtplook

which does intercharacter kern stretch after the linebreaks have been
made ... actually a braindead 15 minute extension in mkiv .. makes a
nice totorial so I might actually do it

Use landscape, with about 200 characters per line, that should resolve your
problem... ;)

The most important: mention somewhere, that you are not responsible for the
output!

Yes, when he was talking about there must be two spaces after a period, and
there is strictly no hyphenation at the end of lines, I was almost driven
crazy: How can you set such a rule as in a typewritter period? Of course, I
did not speak out.

I use the setting, that works. Then the line became ugly, the length of
lines are irregular. Is it possible to fine-tune it.

Is there a way to justify the line? I mean no word hyphenation, and words
are justified like in office word. My boss is quite angry to see
