I have frozen the version at some point since there was some incompatible change causing engine recognition to fail, but I thought I have unfrozen that later; maybe we just forgot to update the cronjob after server change. I'll be back home next Tuesday, but will try to take a look before. You do not need \enableregime[utf-8] in luatex. Everything is already
utf-8.
The following works for me (see attached pdf). For some reason, the text
in the first node is black. Notice the \tikzstyle line is different
from what you had.
BTW, the fix for the arrows is;
