I have the following sample:
\def\MyContent{This is expanded content}
\enabledirectives[references.bookmarks.preroll]
\setupinteraction[state=start, title={\MyContent}]
\placebookmarks[section]
\starttext
\section{\MyContent}
\startsection[title=\MyContent]
\stopsection
\startsection[title=\MyContent, bookmark=\MyContent]
\stopsection
\stoptext
Bookmarks aren’t prerolled when the bookmark option from \startSECTION
is used.
I think it may be a bug. Could anyone confirm it?
