[NTG-context] \vskip-\baselineskip after section header in mkIV

Hello, \vskip-\baselineskip behaves strangely when put after a section header. Here is a minimal example. \setuphead[subject][after=] \starttext \subject{Header} \vskip-\baselineskip Text \stoptext One would expect to have Header overprinted by Text. This is the case in mkII, but not in mkIV

And something is wrong with fonts too, I get too small size of fonts with these commands. The ConTeXt version from yesterday works as expected. \definetypeface [winfonts] [rm] [specserif] [Times New Roman] [default] \definetypeface [winfonts] [ss] [specsans] [Arial] [default]
