Whoops! I misstated what is happening. I confused myself. Item 2 is the problem. The TOC and book order are correct. It's just that the introduction can't have the same fancy header as the chapters without placing that same header on the TOC, etc. Tom Benjey 717-258-9733 voice 717-24
