Since I am one of the Persian speaking ConTeXt fans, I may help  
translate into Persian the messages you are talking about, but I  
didn't find in the latest minimal the file

you are talking about: where is it and what should be translated?

it's in the zip on our website ... so it should show up in the minimals 
(normally half an hour after posting, in experimental)

loading : Context User Module / Correspondence

hm, should be defined in mult-ini.lua ... the first one is the plural
