\typefile{words-003.words}
should be
\typefile{\jobname.words}
as indicated in lang-wrd.mkiv.

from http://wiki.contextgarden.net/Spellchecker and noticed that it misses all
words containing the german letter ß like: deßgleichen, deßhalb, Fleiß, weiß,
...
