Since you said *ANY* I'll throw in this:
./configure --with-rrd-home=/usr/local/rrdtool-1.2.30/
LDFLAGS='-L/usr/perl5/5.8.4/lib/sun4-solaris-64int/CORE/'
Worked for me on solaris 10 x86. with ntop 3.3.9
The LDFLAGS fixes something to do with the perl installation (I don't install
the OS.

What doesn't work with Netflow? I
