[Ntop-misc] Nprobe Dump max file size of 1.6 MB

We are utilizing nProbe Pro v.7.3.160104 ($Revision: 4767 $) on Ubuntu, the main purpose is dump text flows and analyzing them offline. The dump files frequency are every 60 seconds, currently our test environment is generating massive flows and as a result of that the dump files size are above
