Dear Parents & Guardians of Grade 9 & 10 Parents, At Tuesday's Photo & Timetable pickup day, one information sheet was omitted in error. My apologies for the inconvenience. This has been rectified for today's process (grades 11 & 12).
Grade 9 students should have been called by one of our "PALs" and informed of the schedule for next Tuesday. For those that are still unaware (and grade 10 students), please note: Tuesday, September 6th: 9:00 a.m. - ALL Grade 9 students go to the auditorium (NEW Grade 10-12 students go to room 215) 9:15-10:00 a.m. - Timetable pickup & student fee payment for students that missed Aug 31 & Sept 1 processes. 9:30 a.m. - Home form & Period 1 for ALL students Students will attend a "mini-schedule" and will be dismissed at 2:25 p.m. Wednesday, September 7th: We will be following a shortened day schedule (staff meeting schedule) / Day 1 as indicated in the student agenda book. Students report to their home form and period one class at 10:00 a.m. Once again, my apologies for not providing this information during the process on August 31st. Best wishes, J.
