Dear Parents & Guardians, In just a few hours, staff and students will begin their winter break. I want to wish all of you a very happy and restful holiday and a healthy and prosperous new year! The new year will again be very busy for the NT community. Please be aware of the following dates: -Wednesday January 11: OUAC application deadline for grade 12 students applying for university admission -Wednesday, January 25: School Council meeting (Workshop for parents with Denise Lawyer who will address adolescent mental health & parenting strategies) 7:30-9:00 p.m. Please look for an email in the new year with more details. -On January 30, students will begin the process of choosing courses for the 2017-2018 school year. Parents will have an opportunity to learn about NT's course options in an evening session on Wednesday, February 1. More information will be provided closer to the date. -Thursday, February 9: The second report card of the year will be distributed. -Thursday, February 16: Our Drama Department will present "On Stage Tonight" an evening Dramatic Arts presentation @7:30 p.m. (NT's auditorium) -Friday, February 17: Professional Activity day (no classes) -Monday, February 20: Family Day (school closed) Happy holidays!
