It is with great sadness that we share with you that Keaton Shepherd died
suddenly in his sleep last weekend.

For those of you who don't know Keaton, he was one of our grade nine
students who had a wonderful year with us and was very much looking forward
to returning in grade ten.

At the end of this email are links to funeral arrangements and a Go Fund Me
link Keaton's family has set up to help defray the costs of his burial.

During the first week of classes, administration and guidance will be
available for students and staff that require support.  In the meantime
don't hesitate to email me at kathleen.py...@tdsb.on.ca for any questions
or concerns.

Dear Parents & Guardians,

It is with a very heavy heart that I inform you of the sudden and tragic death 
of one of our Science teachers, Robert O'Connell. I have very few details at 
this time.

Mr. O'Connell was a valued member of our staff and a beloved teacher, coach and 
mentor to many NT students.

We know tomorrow will be very difficult for many students and staff. A tragic 
response team will be on site for as long as needed and together with our 
Guidance team, will provide support to any student or staff member that might 
require it. I wanted you to be aware of this tragedy as word travels quickly.

I will send you more information as soon as I can.
