See if you can find and download *lockoutstatus.exe*, which is an old
Resource Kit utility. It runs even on Windows 10. You may be able get
answers for your test scenarios easily from this because it brings the bad
PW count, etc. from all DCs to one interface.

Hey Michael, this is great, thank you. One thing I still don’t get. According
to this:

What happens for a good password attempt before account lockout?
Are offline files and/or CNAMEs involved? I have seen issues when the two
are combined.
