Come to find out it was a routing problem with Level3.  They had a routing
problem to hotmail.com.
Go figure.
We use NetMeeting quite a bit, and all the passport stuff, so I needed it
pretty bad.  Seems to be fixed now though.
Can't believe I opened a trouble ticket for hotmail.com not pulling up!!!

Eric must deal with my users too.   I get at least a call a day that the
"whole internet is down" can I fix it?
99.99999% of the time it just happens to be the one and only site they
