Yes, this is correct. It is being replaced by Small Business Server 2000 which contains: Exchange 2000, SQL 2000, ISA and Terminal Services. I recently purchased the Upgrade and am implementing it on my network at work. MS has already discontinued support for Backoffice 2000 so if you do get
