Thank you for all help! Atomkraft would be interesting in the future, maybe
hard to combine with Arnold, or maybe makes no difference what 3d-renderer you
use..?
The solution for us now with Arnold was to render the Z unfiltered and
inverting it.

Hi,
I can get 3dsmax camera and VrayPhyscam into Nuke, no problem there. But if
there is some vertical shift on the cameras, then renderpasses and camera in
nuke doesn't correspond anymore. Is there some script or any tools to get back
this 3d transformation into nuke so pixels and nuke cam
This is one of the coolest things I've seen in a long time!

If you set the lens-distortion nodes to output: displacement, you can
dissolve between each displacement map, and apply it with a STMap:
set cut_paste_input [stack 0]
version 6.3 v5
Constant {
inputs 0
channels rgb
name Constant1
selected true
xpos 477
ypos 842
}
set Ncb899d0 [stack 0]
Would using a afterRender or beforeRender callback solve your problem?
You could force the second write to render frame 0 just before or after the
render is done

You could add an image plane with a uv map on it, render with the
physical camera. Then you could apply the uv map with the stmap node
in nuke to match the physical camera..
