Doesn't look like you can nest any sort of sequence inside other sequences at
the moment. There may however be some potential work arounds (as there is a
lot of clever customization potential) but it wouldn't be straight forward
right now.
Nuke Studio is really starting to grow on me. With a
Taking the difference in log gives you smoother results.
Also you might want to try using lumakeyer (cloned/linked) feeded to the log
sources and then using the Merge node with difference operation. You can try
playing with the operations in keyer(max, min, redkeyer...)

new feature in Nuke driving me crazy. When scrubbing the time line I keep
going past my in/out points; he only way to fix it is to select global or
input again. Is there a way to lock the time line so this doesn't happen?

This may be heresy but If you have access and time, maybe pass a matte out to
after effects CC or whatever their latest version is. The paint matte
refinement tool can sometimes do a really nice job. I've been using it where
I'd normally difference key and bringing that matte back into Nuke to

one plate since its locked camera sort of helps but not enough. Once it
get faster to roto its time to move it to roto.

if you have in/out points in the timeline, you could press f to zoom the
timeline to your in and out.

I reported this back on 9.0v1 as a bug, was confirmed by support that
there is currently no way to hard lock the range as in 8 and
earlier. Got sad. Have been waiting for a fix ever since.
