Re: [Nuke-users] Nuke + UV tiles

2011-10-17 Thread Mason Doran

What about baking projections to uv tiles outside 0-1?

On 16/10/2011 23:20, Frank Rueter wrote:

Yup, it does as Michael is saying.
The way I usually use this is by utilising a ContactSheet node followed by a
Reformat to get my viewport in the lower left corner (first udim/uv tile) and
make sure to keep the bounding box.

On Oct 17, 2011, at 5:19 AM, Michael Habenicht wrote:

Yes, it does, tried it some weeks ago.

You just have to place it outside of the viewport. So the format defines your
0-1 range. If you want to put your image in the 1-2 range transform it to the
right by your whole width.

Best regards,
Michael

Does Nuke support geometry with UV tiles outside of the 0-1 range? I am
using Mari for some projection work and want to take the geometry into
Nuke without changing the UVs.

We already have videos on most of these topics. The only one missing
is Ocula which we will have some for when 3.0 ships.

[Nuke-users] Code of Conduct Reminder

2011-10-17 Thread Jason Leonard
The Nuke mailing lists have a Code of Conduct that is available from the

Please review the document to ensure you are complying with the mailing
list rules.

By continuing to subscribe to this list you will be agreeing with the
Code of Conduct. If you disagree with any part of the document then
please unsubscribe from the list.

Please take special note of the following points :

If reporting a new issue please start a new topic by sending a new email
to the list, rather than replying to an old email and changing the
subject/body. Replying to an existing email means it appears in the
same thread and may well result in your new issue getting lost (or the
thread topic shifting, and the original problem getting obscured).

We would also like to bring to your attention that the Code of Conduct
now also extends to contact with The Foundry customer support team.

Just select the node where the layers are present and run the script.
