[Nuke-users] object track

2013-07-26 Thread Darren Coombes
Hi fellow nukers. I've got a shot of a hot air balloon in mid air that i've camera tracked, and the camera solve works fine. Is there a way to track the actual balloon itself in 3D space in nuke? So the end result would be a moving axis of some sort. Could you use points to 3d or reconcile 3d

Then how do you merge that object track with the scene track?  2 scenes with 2 render nodes?  I did all my face blood additions in hunger games via this method but boujou allows  a moving scene with a static camera.  Nukes is moving camera only so the solved points are always static.  Doesnt

No way that I know of. We don’t have a way to constrain two tracks to each other so they are solving in the same in worldspace. I was under the impression with Darren’s post that he just wanted a way to use it to extract simple 2d tracks with the reconcile 3d but from rereading his post, I

Hi guys, thanks for reply, much appreciated. Yeah, my main goal is to provide the 3d team with a solved camera, which we have, but as the balloon is moving ndependabtly from the scene, they need its translation info also, so they can attach objects to it as it flies. Hope this makes some kind

I second using the Sampler. For example, create a linear ramp with an expression node using the expression x/width, then do some colour grading to it. Then run the Sampler node and export the lut. On 26 July 2013 10:39, Jonathan Egstad jegs...@earthlink.net wrote: It's usually easier to handle
