If you only use two inputs these is no difference. In fact, there never
used to be a KeyMix node in Nuke (Dissolve with a mask channel was the
way to go) until more and more ex-Shake people requested it.

It looks like they do pretty much the same
You can dissolve between more than 2 inputs
